The life drawing session from last wednesday Nov 5th,  the model did some great posses and the session was pretty full, the name of the model was Debbie if my memory doesn't fail me.    hopefully the next few days I'll return to my normal architecture stuff for the new Expose book

The first 3 images are from Sept 30th life drawing session (quick posses, between 30 seconds to 5 minutes each) and the last two are from last saturday (Oct 4th), a couple of 40 minute posses.

Ok, just finished COD4 on Veteran and still playing on multiplayer, so this is a quick sketch I did tonight, selfportrait of course... hopefully still look human!

checking real life color and light

Since most of the time just paint what's coming out of my head, and what I think looks cool (IMO) I figure out what my boss tells me a lot to do as a good exercise to go out and paint what you see as quick color sketches, so this is the first one of many (I hope) this is my view from my desk/living room in Downtown Vancouver

Polycount Challenge

Not a lot of activity recenlty (big news!) part because of COD4, now that my friends are not online and the singleplayer it's done I'll return to the wacom at home :)

I did this one in the last few days, with my friend and coworker Adam Bromell, we've been sending stuff to each other for the last few days (I send him concepts, he send me back 3d) and this is the latest Image I overpaint for the polycount challenge, hope you like it.

Isolated Tower

A couple of days ago I start making shapes on the computer and this one came out :)  I tried to work a little more loose with this one, looking foward to a more relaxed piece and to save time, since I've seen that the ultra small-time consuming things doesn't make a lot of difference for the final result... so check it out, It's up in Concept Art and CG Talk too.  Probaly I'll post in the future some unhappy self-portraits experiments...
